Variable frequency scroll refrigeration compressor
Widely used in household air conditioners, commercial air conditioning systems, and various refrigeration equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, and cold storage, it can provide people with a comfortable indoor environment and good refrigeration and freezing conditions.
The scroll compressor mainly consists of a moving scroll and a fixed scroll. During operation, the fixed scroll is mounted on the frame, while the moving scroll is driven by an eccentric shaft and restrained by an anti-rotation mechanism, performing a small-radius planar orbit around the center of the fixed scroll's base circle. Gas is drawn in through an air filter at the periphery of the fixed scroll. As the eccentric shaft rotates, the gas is gradually compressed within several crescent-shaped compression chambers formed by the meshing of the moving and fixed scrolls, then continuously discharged through the axial hole at the center of the fixed scroll.
