DC Inverter Scroll Compressor

Working Principle
Suction phase: Gas is drawn through the air filter into the periphery of the stationary scroll. At this time, the outer space is connected to the suction port, and the suction process is continuous.
Compression phase: As the eccentric shaft rotates, the orbiting scroll revolves around the center of the stationary scroll in a plane motion. The gas is gradually compressed within several crescent-shaped compression chambers formed by the meshing of the orbiting and stationary scrolls. The volume of the compression chambers gradually decreases, and the gas pressure gradually increases.
Discharge phase: The compressed high-pressure gas is continuously discharged from the discharge port at the center of the stationary scroll. The inner space is connected to the discharge port, and the discharge process is continuous.
